Official Tournament Sealed Deck is the 13th expansion of Star Trek CCG 1st Edition. It is published by Decipher on 14 May 1998. The set consists of 20 promotional cards.

Official Tournament Sealed Deck contains everything needed for challenging and well-balanced play. Each and every set contains the same fixed deck of twenty new black border cards, including doorways, outposts, ships and personnel. Also included in each set are four Premiere (white border) expansion packs and one Alternate Universe expansion pack.

Six different boxes are available, one for each affiliation released to date: Bajoran, Borg, Cardassian, Federation, Klingon and Romulan. The box is sized to hold 300 cards unsleeved, 150 cards in protective sleeves, or three 50-card hard plastic boxes. Each box includes a small booklet that included rules notes on selected premium cards, a rebate coupon for a set of Premiere Unlimited '95 uncut sheets, and a rebate coupon for a bundled set of Klingon and Federation Introductory Two-Player Game games.

The Continuing Committee released the Official Tournament Sealed Deck Remastered virtual expansion set on 5 July 2021 giving the original expansion set new life with updated game text. Fifteen of the original cards received errata at the same time to match the updates made in the Official Tournament Sealed Deck Remastered virtual expansion set.

This was the first expansion set to introduce a double-sided card (Spacedoor).
